Terms of Service — MotionPop

Effective date: August 13, 2026 · Applies to the mobile app “AI Dance Video: MotionPop”

These terms are an agreement between you and MotionPop (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the MotionPop app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

MotionPop creates AI-generated dance videos from a photo you provide, driven either by a dance template from our catalog or by your own short reference video (Motion Control). Generations are produced by machine-learning models and consume points (see Section 5).

2. Entertainment purposes only — synthetic media

All results are AI-generated synthetic media provided for entertainment purposes only. The person in a generated video did not actually perform the dance. You must not present results as genuine footage, use them to deceive anyone, or use them in any context where someone might reasonably mistake them for real events.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher).
• An anonymous account is created automatically from a random device identifier. You can optionally link Google or email to restore purchases on other devices.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and forfeits remaining points.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.

4. Your content and permissions

• You keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload and, to the extent we hold any rights, we assign the generated results to you for your personal use.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your uploads solely to operate the service (generate your results, moderate content, and store them for up to 7 days).
• You promise that you own or have permission to use every photo and video you upload — including the explicit consent of any identifiable person appearing in them. Never upload photos of strangers, public figures, or anyone who has not agreed to appear in an AI dance video.
• Reference videos for Motion Control must be content you have the right to use; do not upload choreography or footage that infringes someone else's rights.
• We never use your photos or results to train AI models. Uploads and results are automatically deleted after 7 days — save what you want to keep.

5. Points, subscriptions and billing

• Generations cost points (longer videos cost more). Points can be bought as one-time packs or granted by a PRO subscription; new accounts receive free welcome points.
• All purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play (processed via RevenueCat). Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its policies. Points have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts or apps, and unused points expire when the account is deleted.
• If a generation fails on our side, the points spent on it are automatically refunded to your balance.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use MotionPop to create, upload, or share content that:

• sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way — this leads to immediate termination and, where legally required, a report to authorities;
• is pornographic, gratuitously violent, hateful, or harassing;
• depicts an identifiable person without their consent, or is used to deceive, defame, impersonate, or embarrass anyone (including political disinformation);
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights (including music, choreography, and footage in reference videos);
• violates any law, or attempts to probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (including automated scraping or circumventing moderation and rate limits).

Uploads are screened automatically before processing; content that violates these rules is blocked and not charged. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”: AI output quality varies, features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We may update prices and point costs prospectively; changes never affect points you already hold.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including, for EU consumers, statutory consumer rights).

9. Termination

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; Sections 2, 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India , without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
