Privacy Policy — BabyFuse
Effective date: August 13, 2026 · Applies to the mobile app “AI Baby Generator: BabyFuse”
This policy explains what data the BabyFuse app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, your uploads and generated results are automatically deleted after 7 days, and we never use your photos to train AI models.

2. What we do NOT do
- We never use your photos or videos to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not require your name, phone number, or contacts, and we do not access your photo library beyond the images you explicitly pick.
- We do not show third-party advertising and do not share data with ad networks.
3. How generation works
When you request a generation, your selected photos are uploaded over an encrypted connection to our servers and passed to specialised AI providers acting as our processors, strictly to produce your result. Provider access is limited to processing the request; the 7-day deletion applies to our stored copies of your uploads and results.
4. Entertainment purposes only
BabyFuse results — including “future baby” images, face-match scores, and baby videos — are AI-generated fiction for entertainment purposes only. They are not photographs of a real child, and they are not genetic, medical, or scientific predictions of what a child will or could look like. Do not rely on them for any decision.
5. Content moderation
To keep the service safe (and as required by app store policies), uploads are automatically screened before processing. Content that is sexual, violent, unlawful, or otherwise unsafe — especially any content that sexualises or endangers minors — is blocked, is not charged, and may lead to account termination and, where legally required, a report to authorities. See the acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Service.
6. Payments
Purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and processed through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. We never see or store your card details. Billing, renewal and refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its terms.
7. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account in-app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, remaining points, uploads, and results.
- Deletion by request: email us and we will delete your data.
- Access / export: you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction and objection: you may ask us to correct data or object to a use of it.
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a region with similar laws (e.g. GDPR), these rights are backed by law, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we store so little — most users are just a random device ID plus content that self-deletes within 7 days — requests are usually simple to fulfil. We aim to respond within 30 days.
8. Children
BabyFuse is intended for adults (17+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Photos of your own children may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian, for the private, personal use described here.
9. Security and transfers
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with access controls; media uploads use short-lived, scoped upload links. Our servers and AI providers may be located outside your country; where required we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
10. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
