Photo Collage Studio Privacy Policy

Publisher: iYogeetech
Effective date:

This policy applies specifically to Photo Collage Studio for iOS, provided by iYogeetech. Other iYogeetech apps may have different privacy policies and data practices.

1. Photos and on-device processing

The app processes photos you select to create, edit and export collages. Photos and project data are processed on your device. The app does not upload them to a server operated by iYogeetech. This version does not require account registration.

Projects and copies of selected image data are stored in the app’s local storage so you can reopen and edit your work. These local copies are separate from the originals in your Photos library.

2. Photo metadata

The app reads image dimensions and orientation. It may also read capture date, camera model and city, state or country labels from image metadata for optional visible captions. It does not extract GPS coordinates.

Original image data stored locally may retain its original metadata. Exported images do not copy hidden source EXIF or GPS metadata. Information you choose to display visibly in a collage becomes part of the exported image.

3. Permissions and your choices

Photo-library access is used for browsing and importing photos. The app also supports Apple’s system photo picker. You can manage or revoke permissions in iOS Settings, including limiting access where iOS provides that option. Restricted access may affect library browsing or access to previously selected assets.

The app writes an export to your Photos library only when you request Save to Photos.

4. Sharing and Apple services

If you share an export through the system share sheet, the destination you choose receives the shared content under its own policies. The app does not independently upload your photos to those destinations.

Apple’s Photos, iCloud, device backups and App Store services operate separately under Apple’s policies and your settings. For example, photos or app data may be synchronized or backed up by the operating system. On-device processing does not mean that system services can never transfer or retain copies.

See Apple’s privacy information for details about Apple services.

5. Advertising, analytics and tracking

This version does not integrate advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, including Firebase, Facebook or Google Play Services. It does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites. The app stores a local preference recording whether an editor hint has been shown.

6. Storage, retention and removal

Projects and selected-image copies are retained in the app’s local storage. Removing an original photo from your Photos library does not necessarily remove copies already stored in the app. Do not assume that removing a photo from a collage immediately deletes every archived local copy.

To remove the app’s local data from a device, use iOS Settings to Delete App. Offloading the app is different and can retain its data. Copies in system backups or synchronized services are managed through the applicable Apple settings.

Exported images in your Photos library or shared destinations are separate from app storage. They remain until you remove them through those services.

7. Contacting us

For privacy questions, contact iyogeetech@gmail.com.

If you email us, the information you voluntarily include, such as your email address, message or attachments, is transmitted through email services and is separate from the app’s on-device processing. Avoid sending sensitive photos or other unnecessary personal information. You may contact us about information you have sent to support and request its removal, subject to applicable legal requirements.

8. Children’s privacy

The app does not require an account or upload selected photos to iYogeetech. Parents or guardians with questions about a child’s use of the app or information sent to support can contact us at the address above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the policy version. If a future version introduces accounts, uploads, advertising, analytics or other data practices, those practices must be described in an updated policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures.
